my influences

by Jay A. MoorePosted on April 19, 2008April 20, 2020

BooksAs you may have guessed, I like Tolkien. I also like C.S. Lewis and Lloyd Alexander. I spent entirely too much time reading and rereading each of their works when I was an impressionable adolescent and now as an adult, I still prefer the fantasy/adventure genre to other styles of work. That’s not to say that I haven’t done my share of literary exploration into other realms – I just have a pronounced inclination toward wizards, elves, and dragons!
